Internet BV reserves the right to recover from you any damage it suffers as a result of prohibited actions.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the content of Internet BV’s internet services and websites are vested in Internet BV, insofar as these rights are not vested in third parties whose materials have been made available through Internet BV’s internet services and websites.
